Ellie and Nate

Ellie is just loving school but one of the things she
loves most is her friends... Nate is a friend from church
as well, but she just talks and talks about her bud Nate..
She is growing up so fast, I just could not let this
moment pass without sharing it with you..Are
they not the cutest!!!

Swinging in Style

A visit from Nana and Pops always
brings lots of fun memories...This time
Noah got a new swing and we all
had fun swinging with him..

Noah is moving right along in doing things earlier
than mama wants...7 months and he is pulling up

No Snow But its COLD here (sort of)

We had a bout of cold weather for
Florida (in the 30's and 40's) So
when we went out for a walk with Noah
we realized we did not have a small
jacket for him.. So we improvised...

Ian and Noah

My friend Heather got pregnant right around the
time I did and had Ian a few days after Noah was
born. We were finally able to get them together
and meet for the first time.. I think they had a
great time..
















Have you ever seen two cuter boys (OF course,
I am sure they will be double trouble when they
get older.)















They played and played together. and both woke up to find one another still in the same house..
Ian promptly informs Noah "I got your back!"

Love it. Hopefully these two will get to see one another often and play over their childhood..
I certainly love seeing Ian's mommy too...she is awesome....Miss you Heather!

Uncle Phil and Aunt Jenn

Uncle Phil and Aunt Jenn came to see us for a few days to celebrate my birthday and get away before Jenn starts teaching.. We had a blast together.. Of course, Ellie and Uncle Phil got their fill of Slurpees and properly introduced Noah to them...

Christmas in Texas-

Santa and his helper on Christmas morning














The Blanchard tradition of "Hot Tubbing" on
Christmas day.. of course I must tell you that it
was freezing that day, hence the hat on Ellie.. But
she loved it and the hot tub was HOT. I took a
raincheck and did not care to be seen in a bathing
suit... (Maybe next year)














We got to visit with my mom and sister in law
Sara too.. Sara came from Munich Germany and
Mom came from Autsin.. We had a blast and lots of
presents to open,
















Noah got an Amazing Animals Sing and Go
Choo Choo and loved playing with it from the
minute he opened it.. Although he is having to
compete with Ellie to play with it, as she loves it
too..

Christmas Parade

We went to the beach to see our friends the Gowins
for a relaxing weekend. They have a Christmas
parade every year that we got to see this year.















They throw lots of beads, candy and toys to the
kids... Ellie cleaned up this year....

Ellie's Christmas Program

Ok, I cannot figure out where she gets it, but Ellie
stole the show in her Christmas program this morning.
She walked in blowing kisses and waving to everyone
she saw while still ringing her little bell. I have never been
so proud and tickled at her flare for stealing everyone's
heart.




















Noah is smiling proudly at his sister.....then promptly
falls asleep to the music.
