Open House

Its amazing what you learn about your kids from Open House. We got a chance to go to our first one for Ellie's pre-school class. Its no surprise to anyone that she is outgoing and very polite, but we had to chuckle when Mrs Moran called Ellie her special helper that never lets her forget things. The open house was an opportunity for us parents to get to see what they do each day. Ellie was always shouting out the answers and raising her hands when Mrs Moran called for answers. So much so, that we all got tickled at her eagerness in the classroom and quickly saw that she was always ready with answers for the teacher whether she wanted them or not.. These are Ellies teachers Mrs Baliff on the left and Mrs Moran on the right. Ellie is also showing us her cubbie where she stores her backpack and the table she sits at....She is a yellow triangle. I think we are in for alot of fun over the years with Ellie enjoying school, at least till the homework piles on....
